Winter skin care tips...

Moisturise often... Apply a cream-based moisturizer to your face and body immediately after bathing or washing to lock in moisture. Use it at least twice a day, morning and night.

Shower smarter... Take shorter, lukewarm showers instead of hot ones, as hot water strips the skin of its natural oils.

Cleanse gently... Switch to gentle, non-fragranced or moisturizing cleansers and avoid over-cleansing.
