I discuss how structural release work immediately inspires people to move more freely and express themselves through movement—whether that's physical, emotional, or mental. As someone approaching 60, I share how this practice has allowed me to stay active and pain-free, which in turn creates a sense of empowerment that continues to grow. I explain how my clients have experienced transformative results through structural release and how grateful I am to offer this service.

We discuss how to use Gua Sha as part of structural release work to break down adhesions and change movement patterns. I demonstrate using different Gua Sha tools on a client's tight back and shoulder area, explaining that the tool itself matters less than the knowledge and intention behind the technique. We explore how mixing different approaches—whether changing the frame or working on local issues—can provide relief, and show various tool options from standard scrapers to muscle scraping tools.

We discuss cupping as an effective assist technique for relieving muscle congestion and tightness. We demonstrate how cupping works by placing cups on areas like the rhomboids and trap region to draw out adhesions and bring congestion to the surface. We show real-time results on our client Neil, including visible discoloration after just 30 seconds to two minutes, proving how quickly this method can help break down adhesions and improve mobility.

We discuss structural release, a therapeutic approach focused on restoring the body's natural alignment through manipulation techniques. Instead of treating specific symptoms, we explore how addressing overall body patterns can help individuals return to their optimal physical structure.
