People have been asking...
What actually is The Executive Code?
It’s not a strategy.
It’s not “work harder and you’ll be fine.”
And it’s definitely not more generic advice 😣
It’s the psychology and patterns underneath everything.
(25+ years of experience in those pages) ....
The bit people feel…
but don’t stop to look at.
Don’t stop to question.
Because on the surface, everything looks “fine”.
You’re still showing up.
Still delivering.
Still doing what you’re supposed to do.
But underneath??
Things are sliding.
You stop listening to yourself.
You ignore what your body’s telling you.
You push through, ‘hoping’ for the best
You start normalising not feeling good.
That’s where it gets dangerous.
Because it gets worse....
‼️ Overwhelmed.
‼️ Burnt out.
‼️ Snapping at people you care about.
‼️ Struggling in relationships.
‼️ Leaning on things like alcohol just to switch off.
‼️ Questioning everything.
Wondering how you even ended up here…
..and whether there’s a way out.
That’s the code.
And once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
