“I haven’t let the bullies win!” Life is looking a lot brighter for Lucie Hadley, who has today been named our Young Slimmer of the Year 2019 after losing 10st – and halving her body weight! Lucie had struggled with her weight from a young age and faced constant bullying at school – she was made to feel worthless by her classmates and would often go home early to avoid hearing the cruel things people used to say. After realising that she had spent her childhood being miserable, she decided that she didn’t want to spend her adult years feeling the same and joined her local Slimming World group.
