Really chuffed - TODAY I DID NOT WANT TO RUN!
I’ve drunk copious amounts of alcohol this weekend, bad food and not be kind to my body. However I needed to run outside!!
I haven’t run outside for exactly a month, to mimic the HYROX training I just have to or your legs don’t get used to the forward momentum you have to generate that falls short on a treadmill.
NO PLAN! NO HEADPHONES JUST ENJOY THE SUN AND RUN!
It felt slow and heavy.
Check my timings at the end and completed a 10k PB of 50:23, previously running one a month ago on a complete flat circuit 5 seconds slower than this!
I have consistently trained, although not with out door running it just shows how it comes together!
