What is the focus of holistic health? The Holistic approach treats the "whole person" rather than focusing too narrowly on single symptoms. It emphasises the connections between the mind and the body, avoids the overuse of drugs and focuses on the importance of releasing the suppressed/stored emotions, stress & trauma, healing to relieve anxiety & depression which are the root cause of mental and physical symptoms. Our aim and vision is to help the wider comminity to work together, to heal ourselves and create a healthier body and calmer mind, enabling us to live a happier and fulfilled life.
