Sorry messages are slow at the moment
The last few days have been overwhelming with my birthday celebrations and getting sorted for going away and I’m really ready for a good earnt break! 🗽
I have my list of people to get back to and make new appointments with to get you seen asap.
As from Friday the clinic will be closed until March 23rd
I will work my way through whatever I can after treatments tomorrow and shut down email responses/business phone.

How long have you been feeling ‘heavy’, ‘bloated’ ‘tired’ and ‘getting nowhere’ for lately?
SKNtouch has a unique way of helping people work with your body and aims to improve your health more than just a ‘massage’ by using techniques in a Brazilian method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage

🌿 During the Treatment

1. Light but purposeful pressure
It’s much gentler than deep tissue massage. The pressure is soft, rhythmic, and repetitive—designed to stimulate the lymphatic system just under the skin.

2. Flowing, wave-like movements
The therapist uses long, sweeping strokes and quick pumping motions that guide fluid toward lymph nodes. It can feel almost hypnotic.

3. Subtle internal “movement” sensation
Some people describe feeling like fluid is shifting or draining—especially in the abdomen and legs.

4.Stimulation of the Vagus nerve, sends a message from the brain, to the Gut preparing your digestive system to debloat and relieve stress and symptoms of Constipation or slow metabolism.
Gut manoeuvres and diaphragmatic breathing gently changes your physiological senses

5. Deep relaxation
Even though it’s stimulating internally, externally it feels calming and meditative. Many people nearly fall asleep.

A great week together can make all of the difference ⛓️
So far this year I’ve seen clients with highs and lows and some that can be just ‘okay’ all of which is valid
January can be the peak of someone’s life regenerating a new start for themselves, getting back to healthy eating/gym setting up challenges etc, and then some that might feel low as rock bottom and struggling with Anxiety this time of year, fed up with the day to day, or an ongoing stress.
Being aware of all of this is still learning and carrying through.
I also recognise that, if you had a treatment booked and it’s not suitable for on the day, perhaps you might need a type of treatment that I know would benefit better, we can talk about this and accept the change with some notice ☝🏼
