A great week together can make all of the difference ⛓️
So far this year I’ve seen clients with highs and lows and some that can be just ‘okay’ all of which is valid
January can be the peak of someone’s life regenerating a new start for themselves, getting back to healthy eating/gym setting up challenges etc, and then some that might feel low as rock bottom and struggling with Anxiety this time of year, fed up with the day to day, or an ongoing stress.
Being aware of all of this is still learning and carrying through.
I also recognise that, if you had a treatment booked and it’s not suitable for on the day, perhaps you might need a type of treatment that I know would benefit better, we can talk about this and accept the change with some notice ☝🏼

I’ve developed multiple strategies on courses that deliver you the best possible outcome.
Along the way: new therapies such as Dry needling, cupping therapy, skincare reviving treatments, mental health awareness, cancer support, lymphatic drainage and Reiki healings was brought to support your healthcare.
Aswell as Holistic advise as always comes naturally to me.
This year il be looking to coach others like me who are starting their own careers in Holistic therapy, or maybe you’ve been on the path for a while and your not attracting the right clients who will regularly come back to you and struggle to gain a momentum/ran out of ideas? I’ve officially Broken up for Christmas 🎄
Massive thanks to those who keep seeing me, sharing their life moments, improving their health, taking on advice. Feel so blessed Ive met some new clients this year. If you didn’t keep me so busy, I’d have updated on here more frequently.

Here are the Christmas hours. From the 5th of January all hours will resume back to the usual schedule and Thursday evenings will be open to book instead of a Monday evening going forward.
All bookings that are in on a Monday in January will stay in place for this transition.

I see on a regular basis so many clients that are extremely dehydrated, their fascia tissue which is the deeper layers of stretchy connective tissue supporting muscles and bone.
What does this lead to?
Poor circulation, tighter muscular system, lack of blood oxygen supplying the system to regulate and filter, more toxins in the liver which can then lead to constipation.
The better way to lubricate tightness and feelings of achyness is to increase your water, preferably Luke warm, cool or hot through the winter months, exercise regularly (any form) and stretching.
Overtime, your massage becomes comfortable aiding sleep, relaxation , injury prevention, pain/posture recovery and improved immunity.
