A huge congratulations to Lee Swinn, who has stepped into the role of Manager after previously being Deputy Manager, and to Tanya Meason, who has been promoted to Deputy Manager from Care Manager.

Both Lee and Tanya have shown incredible dedication, leadership and commitment throughout their years at Newgate Lodge to delivering high-quality care.
