Hi Guys

Just to keep you all posted. The shops currently locked for 'usual' business. However as we are classed as essential services, myself and Adam will alternatively remain on the premises for any queries and 'emergency' cases. If we are not at the practice the phone lines will be diverted so there will still be a means of contact. Please give us a call if you have any queries on 01623 623393.

I am working hard to get in touch with patients that have outstanding orders and contact lens schemes. We are able to keep you in supply at the moment by offering a direct postal service and again if you have any queries please get in touch.

During this difficult time we would like to keep our customers updated that we are open as normal for Business.
We may in the next few days have a change in business hours to which we will keep you posted.
We are open for general enquiries and emergency situations ie sight tests, minor eye conditions, adjustments, repairs, glazing of spectacles and dispensing, to which we welcome both old and new customers. However extra precautions will be put in place which we can discuss.
We can offer a one to one service that allows one patient at a time to be in the shop, just give us a call if you'd like any more information regards this service.
For spectacle and contact lens collections we are advising a postal service where possible to help with social distancing under the new guidelines.
We will keep you updated with any new information.
Finally we'd like to Thank all of our customers for your continued support of our local business.
We will all get through this together.
