Tracey Deller has worked as a fitness professional since 1998, as well as delivering high quality Yoga instruction to groups with individual tuition available on request, she also teaches Pilates and variety of fitness classes at health clubs in the local area. She worked in further education for over 14 years, training and assessing the fitness instructors of the future. Tracey is 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, a member of the Idependent Yoga Network and is committed to ongoing education and training.
