🎄✨ Today, our team put on their elf hats and spent a few joyful hours filling envelopes with Christmas cards and a Premier Puzzle book!

Our Service Users should be receiving these next week, but we wanted to give a big THANK YOU to our amazing team who helped make it happen. There were even a few giggles about Santa’s workshops and elves. Truly spreading the holiday spirit! 🎅

With 11 outstanding nominations, we’re heading to the Great British Care Awards to enjoy an evening of care celebration. And of course, we hope to have a few winners again this year! 💙🙌

What’s already clear is the strength of heart across our teams, and every nomination reflects that. If anyone beats this lot tonight, then we’ll happily say it means our industry is in a very healthy place, full of compassion, strong values and people dedicated to supporting vulnerable people across our community. 🤝🌟
