So we’ve had an interesting day, popped to the shop for cleaning stuff. Came home, cleaned what I could, knee completely gave out before shooting pains in the same knee. I was doing so well but hey ho the unpredictable side effect of fibromyalgia, sometimes I can do the exact same and be fine others not so much πŸ™„

As of recent, my hand eye coordination has been struggling. It’s not always been the best but for example, I could be unwinding on a game and I’ll go to press a button and press something completely different even though I’m looking at what I’m trying to press.

This is something new for me and it’s been happening for a week or so but it’s getting irritating.

Has anyone got tips for this? πŸ’•

Stress is a huge factor in fibromyalgia and the flares that it can bring.

Please remember that it is okay to feel these emotions such as stress, anxiety and low mood however it is important for your pain to try and manage those emotions.

Some of these things may be:

- Journaling
- Meditating
- Mood tracking
- Pain prep
- Ensuring you have a support system.

Stress is something that is normal but with fibromyalgia it impacts us majorly so managing it is vital for our daily survival.
