Look who we caught in the robotics area today! 😱

Our Elf found the Myro therapy screen from Tyromotion and settled in as though he had his own personalised session lined up!

He looked very pleased with himself, even if his “gameplay” wasn’t quite what our team had in mind! 😄

Our Elf has started his week by finding his way into the onsite hair salon that our residents love using. And he wasted no time settling into the chair for a little pamper moment! 🛀🏼🧼

He looked very pleased with himself… though we’re not sure he actually needed a trim! 😄✨

He’s getting bolder every day so we’ll see where he turns up next!

Our Elf has been exploring one of our residents # rooms today… and let’s just say he got a bit carried away!

He came across the overhead hoist and immediately turned it into his own little ride. Not its intended purpose, of course, but he certainly looked pleased with himself! 😄

We’ll be keeping an eye on him… he’s getting bolder every day! 😎

Our Elf decided to “help out” in the rehab offices today or so he thought! 📝

He proudly sat down with a pen, ready to review therapy notes but instead he filled the pages with little drawings of equipment and gym mats. Not quite the documentation we expected but it certainly brought a smile to the team! 😄

Our Elf has made quite an entrance this year… and it seems he’s already reimagining our hydrotherapy pool! 💦

Instead of a calm session, he’s turned it into a dessert-themed spa, complete with floating whipped-cream “treats”. Not exactly part of the rehab plan but definitely a memorable way to start December! 🎄

We’re keeping our therapy team informed… just in case he decides to “sweeten” any more of our equipment!

As the colder months arrive, technology is helping us keep rehabilitation engaging and motivating at Askham Rehab.

From robotics to interactive therapy tools, these systems support our residents by making movement practice more enjoyable and helping us track progress in a clear, positive way.

Alongside hands-on therapy, these tools help everyone stay active and confident throughout the winter months ❄️

What a lovely weekend across Askham Village Community! 🎁✨

The Xmas Fayre brought such a warm atmosphere on Saturday, even in the cold weather, the whole community was full of festive music, happy faces and so many moments of joy.

From handmade gifts and seasonal treats to Santa’s Grotto, reindeer visits and festive photos, it was a wonderful day for residents, families, stall holders and visitors alike 🎅🦌🛷

We’re so proud to be part of a community that brings people together in such a special way 🎄
