Here’s a question we get asked .. ALOT!
Are dogs allowed in the chapel? Here’s the answer… YES!
Provided they are accompanied by a well behaved human 😃
We welcome dogs to services and to our grounds. They must remain on a lead at all times and of course we ask that any toilet moments are cleaned up immediately and disposed of appropriately.

Earlier today, we were incredibly proud to have three members of the care team from Lily House Care Home, attend our Dispelling The Myths seminar.

Today we welcomed Sharon, Werenika & Sujani, who enjoyed a tour of our funeral homes, seeing the journey loved ones go on whilst we care for them. After lunch, they were chauffer driven to Fenland Crematorium, where Dena, Stanton & Scott completed the journey with a tour through the chapel and crematory. A huge thank you to them, as always, for being so accommodating and welcoming.

We conduct these seminars for care home staff to see how we operate, allowing them to have knowledge & answers to inevitable questions from resident's families. If there are any carers/care homes that would like more information, please do reach out to our Business Leader, Danny, on 01353 666566.

This was a lovely email to receive from Vail Funeral Services this morning.
Thank you in return to Sara and her team for all the work they do to make a difficult time for families just that bit easier to navigate and in allowing them to personalise the goodbye they create for their loved ones. 🌹
We can clearly see how much their work means to them and nothing is ever too much trouble! 🦋
