We had a nice, steady day today.💜
We started this morning with an exercise class, followed by a game of tin can alley, which everyone really enjoyed and had a good laugh with.
After lunch we wrapped up warm and went outside for a walk.
The afternoon was quieter with one-to-one time, including reading, nail painting and chatting. We also had a Christmas film on, which made for a relaxed end to the day.🍿📖🎅

We started the morning with our exercise class, followed by cookie decorating, which was a brilliant activity with lots of residents getting involved.

After lunch, we enjoyed a walk in the sunshine. The weather was lovely and it was great to get some fresh air.

We also welcomed a new resident today, before finishing the afternoon with a performance from Andrew Vance on the piano. He sang plenty of Christmas songs, with lots of residents joining in and even a few up dancing.💜🎤

A special Saturday filled with celebration 🎉

We started the day by decorating one of our residents bedrooms ready for a very special birthday, before enjoying a lively game of tennis balloons.

After lunch, we managed to get out for a walk, followed by a 90th birthday celebration with cake and cards shared with staff and fellow residents. We finished the afternoon with more ball games, making it a really lovely day.💜🎂🎈

This morning began with our daily exercise class before residents jumped into a game of snowball toss which started with aiming for the basket and quickly turned into plenty of laughter as snowballs flew between residents and staff!

After lunch, we managed to get out for a walk, which was a lovely way to enjoy some fresh air before the afternoon finished with a brilliant performance from the wonderful Lily May Music ,with everyone joining in singing and playing musical instruments.💜❄🎤

Exercise, games and festive preparation filled day!💜

We began with our regular exercise class, followed by a popular game of tunnel ball that many residents enjoyed taking part in.

Although the weather stopped our afternoon walking group, it gave us time to prepare the new hobby room for our Christmas party. The afternoon was full of games, music, laughter and finished with party food for tea.🎅🎶
