During June, 1 in 43 booked appointments were not attended.
This equated to 71 hours of wasted practitioner time which cost the UK taxpayer £6k.
If you can't attend your appointment, please cancel it with as much notice as possible so that someone else can be booked in.
201 more patients could have been seen last month if those that didn't attend cancelled their appointment in advance.
To cancel, you can:
📞Call us (01843) 231661 and select option 1 (This can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
📱Respond to your reminder text
🚶‍♂️Visit the practice in person
