Our mission is to offer you workshops, classes, videos and holistic treatments for different stages of life we may pass through.

As the nights draw in and the trees are shedding the last of their leaves…
We may be feeling this reflected within us too…
A withdrawal and retreat… a letting go and release…

In Circle we take the time and space to simply sit with ourselves…
To pause and notice what is present…
And to feel held by other women…
As well being supported by nourishing rituals and practices…

All are welcome in space with us…

The Witch Wound lives within our cells and bones. It is a collective trauma that has existed since thousands of women were massacred for practicing healing, being truth tellers and sharing their wisdom.

We have been, and still are, persecuted for being women.

What can we do to change this?
Rise up. Gather. Speak our truth. Live authentically. Shine our innate radiance. Share. Listen. Hold and be held.

This all happens in the realms of Circle and is one of the reasons why we are so passionate about sharing the power of Women’s Circles and training others to extend this wisdom.

There is something very simple and also profound about the power of touch…

In our modern world where screens connect us more and more…

The very human quality of touch can be deeply restorative for many…

💫The first time a massage therapist lays their hands on tight shoulders…
💫The hug that’s offered in tough times…
💫The eye contact you’re given by someone who is deeply listening to you…

Some of the most bonding experiences I’ve shared in the holistic sphere have been with facilitators who give permission for us to open up in this way….

And I sometimes bring the element of touch into circles I hold…through massage, hugs, eye contact, partner yoga…

Always in a consensual way with greatest respect to those who feel to maintain their own space…

Circle offers a way to step outside of the everyday…to compassionately take our masks off and lay down the roles we carry…so we can connect with the essence of ourselves…and others…

What a joy to create a Mother Blessing for Eve and her closest circle this weekend 💫

Our Mother Blessings are a tradition that respectfully originates with the Navajo…

Many tribal cultures hugely value the importance of the community to hold a mother during pregnancy and into postpartum…’it takes a village’ as the famous phase goes…

Our Blessings (which I’ve honed over the last few years)…blend sharing circles with ritual and holistic practices…all unique and bespoke to the mother to be…

She experiences how important she is to those who gather for her….and how they will support her moving forward…

Because when a mother feels deeply supported during birth and into postpartum, her self efficacy also often rises…

When our communities hold our mothers…
our communities are enriched too…

Sending Big Love to Eve

A beautiful, calm sanctuary nestled within the bustling town of Camden, is the haven we dreamed of to hold our first training of 2026.
