Just saying hi to a few new folks who have joined…a little bit about me and my journey into yoga. It’s been nearly 13 years since I first stepped foot on a yoga mat in agonising pain, and had my first moment of joy in a long time. Then promptly fell asleep on the mat 😂. Happens to us all! It’s been such a joy meeting so many amazing people on the way, and connecting with people near and far on their own journeys.

Wow, what a beautiful afternoon! A room filled with people blown in from the cold, and warmed up through two hours of joyful movement, mindful chocolate tasting with , some giggles and happy, chocolate-y faces, ending with a deep nidra relaxation to leave everyone nourished and nurtured. Always a joy to hold workshops at the wonderful 🩷

Samhain 2025…a madly busy, bustling weekend. The annual lantern walk, ending with a song that touched the heart so much.
A beautiful, deep women’s circle at the amazing with wonderful Clare, burning things we no longer wanted to hold.
Yoga sessions each day, meeting the dark and light together with heart openers, strengthening flows and a deep nidra into the forest.

Such a beautiful collection of women for World Menopause Day yesterday at Broadstairs Library…we did yoga, ate vegan brownies, chatted about the ups and downs of hormones, spoke to some brilliant local businesses, all organised by the wonderful . So heartwarming to see such a community-based network supporting women and women’s health!

Yoga + chocolate..?! I am SO excited for this collaboration at the heavenly . 🧘‍♀️🍫🧘‍♂️

A beautiful afternoon of joyful yoga for ALL bodies, mindful chocolate tasting led by , slowing down, savouring the moment, using all our senses and helping to tap into calm to help see us through the winter months. We will finish with a deep, nurturing nidra to relax and restore.

So excited to announce a new Weekend Flow class starting on Saturday 25th October, 9-10am at the amazing space!

My classes are friendly, fun, welcoming to all bodies, nurturing and based on the changing of the months and the wheel of the year.

Suitable for all levels, whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before but want to try it out, or you’re a seasoned yogi or returner…it’s a class filled with joyful flows, calming music, deep relaxation and some giggles, right in the heart of Cliftonville, and less than ten mins from the beach and some gorgeous cafés ☕️.

Bring water, a mat if you’ve got one (large towel or blanket if not) and some very cosy clothes for our relaxation.
