Even when we are sitting we need to think about our posture. Start by grounding the feet and think to yourself I am sitting. This will bring you back into yourself. Think are my hips level back and shoulders open and not rounded or hunched. Place you head in alignment sitting or standing with it out of alignment will cause all kinds of issues such as a kyphotic spine.
