I wanted to share the 8 dimensions of wellness with you as when I learnt about this I thought it really explained what my brand i(Live well and blossom) is all about.

The importance of living a balanced life in all areas so you can blossom.

Each dimension is independent but also builds on each other to improve your quality of life. If any of these dimensions are neglected over time then your health, well-being and quality of life will be impacted.
