Mother & Baby yoga is a great way to meet other new Mums whilst doing some gentle exercise & having fun with baby.
Each session is an hour long and is full of songs, sensory toys, sensory lighting, laughter and more!
You do not need any previous yoga experience to take part and it is suitable for all abilities and please do not worry babyโs are not expected to remain quiet it really is all a bit of fun with some gentle exercise ๐ท
