✨ A little honest reflection from today’s FREE 60-Second Reset Lab ✨
Firstly, thank you to the three lovely people who joined me live today 💙
We did have a few tech gremlins my PowerPoint decided it only wanted to show 4 slides out of 14! But we adapted, stayed calm, and carried on.
And actually… that felt quite fitting for a session about stress.
Because real life isn’t polished.
Sometimes things don’t go to plan.
And the reset isn’t about perfection it’s about how we respond.
It was also very different presenting online compared to face-to-face. There’s a different energy when you can’t see the room in the same way. But it’s all learning, and growth always stretches us a little.
I’m proud that I showed up.
I’m grateful for those who joined.
And I’ll absolutely be running it again with slightly friendlier tech next time 😊

A few weekends ago I completed my Working with Children Diploma with the wonderful Les Roberts Hypnotherapy & NLP 🤍

This training has deepened my understanding of children’s emotional worlds, nervous systems, and the subtle ways anxiety, stress and overwhelm can show up in young people.

As a therapist, I believe ongoing learning is part of ethical, supportive practice especially when working with children and families. This diploma strengthens the way I support emotional wellbeing, communication, and confidence, while always keeping safety, compassion and attunement at the centre.

I’m so grateful for the learning, the growth, and the reminder that children don’t need fixing they need understanding 💫

So, What is Hypnosis?
