This week, a couple of sessions had to be postponed due to health considerations requiring GP clearance. We always take the time needed to get the right guidance, your safety is worth every step.

Haircuts, homework, meal prep, errands… sometimes it feels like there’s no time to breathe. And yet, even a few minutes just for yourself can make all the difference. šŸ’›

1ļøāƒ£ Step outside for 10 minutes
Barefoot at home, shoes on at work, just big belly breaths and a moment to watch the sky or people pass by.

2ļøāƒ£ Massage your temples, jaw & ears
A simple 5-minute release around the vagus nerve tells your body it’s safe to relax.
