Our range of stress-busting therapies can help improve concentration, minimise absenteeism and is a proven pain reliever for symptoms such as RSI or back pain. Having worked in healthcare as a nurse for 30 years and now having a focus on holistic therapies I am committed to helping people achieve a healthy work/life balance and begin the self healing process. I have some wonderful treatments on offer taking into account your physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Had the most wonderful weekend with my besties ( no Paula this time ) . We’ve belly laughed, cried , ate , drank and had a lovely time , ( despite the weather at the races ) and they even experienced my hot herbal Thai compress massage from me so hopefully they are on there way home much more zen ! x special memories made x

Thank you to all my loyal clients who have returned in the last few weeks xx I’ve missed you it’s been too long ! X I’m gutted I can’t hug you on arrival ! Lol but that’s just me x Thank you for keeping with covid regulations and obviously from today masks are niw compulsory on arrival but not during treatments as I have my lovely visor x Still have a few limited appointments for August for some lovely pampering xx 😘
