I’ve been getting into my standing splits again of late, after a few months off experimenting due to sciatica I’m finally feeling a bit braver about deep folds and stretches! 🤸🏻♀️🤸🏻♀️🤸🏻♀️ This picture is a nod to this week’s theme (balances) and next week’s (legs, yoga for runners and anyone who randomly does 50 burpees and can barely move their calves afterwards l blame you!
