First consultations usually last between 1 hour to 1hr and 30mins. During the first consultation I take a full case history to enable me to really understand the individual. First consultation (1hr - 1hr 30mins) £50

✨ Dark Goddess Mysteries – One Week Later ✨

This time last week we were in the middle of the Dark Goddess Mysteries workshop… and somehow it’s already been a whole week. My heart is so full.
I’m feeling deeply grateful for everyone who came, and for Georgina and Sal — your beautiful offerings were such a gift to take part in. I received so much from the day myself.

One of the highlights for me was the water scrying in the Hekate part of the day. I absolutely loved it — the way the light played across the water and the bowl, it was mesmerising. I could have gazed for hours. It’s something I want to do more of.

The day went by so quickly. Journeying into the depths with Sedna felt peaceful, safe, and powerful. With Hekate, I found a creative space of choice and clarity for the path ahead. And then Kali brought her fierce transformational energies, turning what I released into a force I can use to shape new beginnings.

For me, that energy is moving straight into my healing: continuing this journey with rheumatoid arthritis, rebuilding strength in my body and mind, and expanding my offerings — more herbal wisdom, more magical sharings, more of the work I love as I grow and learn.

Another big theme that came up for me was time. It slips through my fingers like sand. I am easily distracted and when working with plants, beautiful souls and cosmic energies I lose all sense of time and space.

While I love this so much I need to create time and space for the needs of my body too, as I seem to forget the needs of the physical when I have my head in the spiritual. I am shaping my life to have more balance ⚖️ It’s time 🌿✨

✨ Plant Medicine Circle — Next Tuesday, 7–9 p.m. ✨

I’m opening the space once again for our monthly plant medicine circle, and this time we’ll be working with a beautifully grounding yet often overlooked plant ally — a really supportive one as we move into winter and things get a little more stressy!

I’d love to welcome some new faces into the circle. If you’ve been curious about exploring plant spirits, herbal wisdom, or simply taking two hours just for you… this is a gentle doorway in.

🌿✨ Plant Medicine Circle – Market Harborough ✨🌿

I love holding these workshops because they offer something truly special — the chance to journey deeply with one medicinal plant and to form a relationship with it.

We begin with a gentle tea ceremony — smelling, tasting, and feeling the herb in our bodies. It always amazes me how someone might at first think, “this tastes awful!”… and then, as the plant’s presence unfolds, they begin to fall in love with it. 💚

We then move into meditation and journeying with the plant, allowing its wisdom to present itself in a way that’s unique to each person. No two experiences are ever the same, and that’s the beauty — the plant meets you where you are.

These evenings give people a chance to connect deeply with the plants, develop reverence for their spirits and medicine and feel inspired to protect and honour the natural world. 🌎

✨ Whether you’re completely new to this work or already have a practice, you’re warmly welcome.

💫 A gong bath that felt like the sound of the spheres.

✨ Wow. Last night I had the most mind-blowing sound healing with Robert — a one-to-one gong bath — and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like it.

From the moment I lay down, eye mask on, and he began to play… the resonance filled the whole space. It felt as though he had plugged into the universe itself. I couldn’t stop beaming — my soul was so excited to receive. 🌌

I’ve been drawn to sound healing for a while to support my arthritis and release what my body holds, and this felt like it was happening on the deepest level. I could feel my digestive system shift, my nerves awaken, heat rising, tingles moving through me… even my body shifting positions so different areas could drink in the frequencies. ✨

Then I dropped into such profound stillness. I travelled through the void, into the cosmos — dragons of creation 🐉, ancestral presence, starseed lineage, the Lyran lions 🦁. Something lifted, as though an old block from another life was released. I became one with the sound, with the spheres, with the universe itself.

It was primordial, cosmic, grounding, loving. At one point I thought: if I had to get up now, I couldn’t — because I wasn’t sure I even had a body anymore. 💫

And then, gently, beautifully, Robert brought me back with the sounds of the elements — rain, sea, earth 🌊🌧🌍 — until I was grounded again.

This experience was profound, peaceful, and truly transformative. I am so grateful to Robert for this gift. 🙏✨

If you’ve ever been curious about sound healing, especially gongs — I cannot recommend his work enough.
