We have had a lot of help from the community about our post on live church services! We would like to thank each and everyone of you! Thanks to you, our residents will be joining a sunday service this weekend!💻

We will be joining a service from 10:30am this Sunday! ⛪️

Does anyone know how we could possibly get a link to a live church gathering for a Sunday service? ⛪️💻

Some of our residents are unable to get out and about into the community so we thought maybe somehow we could get a live feed and join in on a Sunday and bring it to them!

If anyone knows anyone or can put us in touch with someone for us to go forward with this, it would be very very much appreciated!⭐️

A little update on the outbreak situation.

All residents and staff have had the first treatments last night… today we had to wash it all off again. Staff have been really busy showering all residents and deep cleaning all the bedrooms with chlorine and Hot Water. We would like to thank all the families who visited today for their patience during this time. I’m sure it felt a little busy and rushed but we had to ensure that the creams were all washed off everyone within a set time period.

As the first treatment has been completed visiting is back to normal, however we do need to apply the second treatment in seven days time again, hopefully this will eliminate the situation once and for all.

Once again thank you for been patient and thank you to our wonderful staff for helping through this time.

‼️ Important Notice ‼️

We have an outbreak of scabies within our care home. We have emailed all families to let them know however we are posting on here to cover all basis.

We want to clarify that this situation is not a reflection of the cleanliness of our facility. This has been brought into the home by outside sources, such as visitors, hospital transfers, contractors, professionals, or other individuals visiting the premises.

We are taking the necessary steps to manage the situation and will provide further updates as needed.

We are still allowing visitors at this time however we are asking from advise from the Health Protection Team that all visitors to wear PPE.
