IMMERSIVE YOGA - EARTH ELEMENT🌳

This Wednesday 25th Feb!!! 🧘‍♀️

A unique experience bringing together moving images, a bespoke composed soundtrack just for us.

💚The theme for this event is EARTH and will be reflected in both the ambience and the yoga practice focusing on POSTURES, BREATHWORK, MEDITATION, MUDRA and CRYSTAL SOUND BOWL. Savasana includes SOOTHING aromatherapy essential oil inhalations and pressure points on the forehead.

☕️Relax with a hot drink afterwards in our beautiful wellbeing barn.
