Vanessa's Reflexology Reflexology is pressure points on the feet / hands that are massaged and stimulated to enhance circulation and healing to parts of the body.

I am a qualified nurse of 20 years and have completed my clinical reflexolgy training level 5 (centralia reflexology mastership). Reflexology is a complementary therapy which helps with ailments such as IBS, high blood pressure, muscular and joint pain, sciatica, arthritis and fertility. I am passionate about it and I have had positive feedback from previous clients.

Dear clients,
I do hope these last 3 months haven't been too difficult for you. I know it has been a struggle and a worrying time for some people. It is important to look after your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health.
I have been preparing a checklist following guidelines to provide a clean and safe environment for clients to feel relaxed and well looked after.
Reflexology can benefit you both emotionally and physicaly by promoting natural healing of the body, mind and spirit. It can help the body relax in order to release tensions held in your muscles, organs and glands.
I am so looking forward to getting back to work, welcoming new and old clients hopefully in July (4th earliest) when we get permission to practise again.
In the mean time, take good care of yourselves.
