She’s just achieved her 2.5 stone award and what a brilliant milestone to celebrate as we step into December. Kay has been making real changes to her habits with Food Optimising and taking the time to learn about herself, her triggers and what truly supports her goals.

The results are showing not just on the scales but in her confidence and mindset too. What a powerful way to head into the festive season. Absolutely amazing!

Big food drop incoming and I’m buzzing to share these with you all! Look what’s coming…

🍃 Spinach and ricotta ravioli

🧅 Caramelised onion sausages
🥘 Moroccan-spiced vegetable tagine

🐟 Sweet chilli salmon

I’ve already sampled the cauliflower cheese, the hunters chicken and the tagine and honestly… they’re all incredible.

It’s so exciting to see these being released and even better for our members who are looking for fresh inspiration. New foods and new recipes can make such a difference when you’re on your weight loss journey and I can’t wait to see what you all create with them.

I’ve been bursting to share this with you. I was lucky enough to get a special sneak taste of the brand-new Cookies and Cream Hi-fi bar at Slimming World’s Access All Areas last month, and I honestly can’t believe I managed to keep quiet for this long.

It’s absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait for you all to try it. You’re going to love it as much as I did.

So many delicious dishes and desserts were shared and it was lovely learning which gorgeous flavours work together.

We even had a few slimming-friendly drinks in the mix. I’m always blown away by the creativity and the support in our groups. You lot make every week feel special.
