Since 2013, we’ve raised an absolutely AMAZING £30m for Cancer Research UK 🙌.

We did this together, as one incredible Slimming World family – with every item donated to the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw, and every step taken for Race for Life and the London Marathon 🤗.

What a weekend of inspiration! ✨ On Saturday, the spotlight shone brightly at the ICC Birmingham as Slimming World celebrated its Woman of the Year Awards 2025 honouring incredible women who’ve not only transformed their own lives but uplifted others with their courage, kindness, and cheerleading spirit 💖

🎉 Slimmer of the Week… and it’s ME! 🎉

I don’t often put myself in the spotlight, but today I’m celebrating a personal win Slimmer of the Week! 💖 As both a member and consultant, I know how powerful it is to walk this journey alongside my group. This week reminded me that consistency, self care, and community really do make all the difference.

Thank you to my amazing group for the support, laughs, and inspiration. You lift me up just as much as I hope to lift you. 💫

🌿 Saturday Steps & Sips ☕Started the day with a gentle park run/walk at beautiful Nostell Priory Holiday Park, followed by a well-earned coffee at A Cup Of Tree Café. Slow pace today, but I showed up, I moved, and that’s what matters 💚

Huge thank you to Vicky Burkett for the company and the lovely morning vibes — it’s not about speed, it’s about showing up for yourself.

🌟 Five Years at Target — What a Journey! 🌟
We first met this fabulous member on Giant Bradley Day, and what a transformation it’s been! From that first hello to now — five whole years at target she’s completely turned her life around 💛

Her journey has been full of determination, self-belief, and quiet strength. She’s even had a back operation, and her incredible recovery wouldn’t have been possible without the weight she worked so hard to lose. That’s the power of looking after yourself inside and out.

We couldn’t be prouder to have her in our group. She’s a true inspiration and a reminder that lasting change really is possible 🌈
