EDUCATION VIDEO 2 — Aftercare for KORE Therapy
To get the most out of your KORE Therapy treatment, how you care for your body over the next 24–48 hours makes a big difference. Here’s what I recommend:
🧊 Flush out toxins
During treatment, we encourage the body to release toxins — so it’s important to drink plenty of water to help flush them out.
🔥 Use heat
Applying warmth to the neck and lower back (hot water bottle or heat patch) helps keep the muscles relaxed and ease any discomfort.
🚫 Avoid alcohol
Your body is already eliminating toxins — alcohol will slow the process down.
💪 Avoid heavy lifting & strenuous exercise
That includes heavy housework and gardening too! The body needs time to realign and reset.
🧘♀️ Rest & allow adjustment
Your body will continue adjusting for up to 48 hours post-treatment, so try to include some calm and relaxation during this time. This helps you really feel the benefits of your session.
