Nothing better than treating in a pool! Over the last 18years I have loved using aquatic therapy to support my patients but COVID has led to soooooo many pools closing down. This course updated my knowledge of the risk assessments and procedures to use a range of different pools. Next step FIND more pools - please help by commenting on any you know 🐬 thank you 🙏

Please support my boy Will and his mates ❤️💪❤️
A group of Year 9 boys from The Market Weighton School have started training to run the School Walk route to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Read more about Zac’s story on his fundraising page:

Training every Friday after school and during the week the boys are already running almost 10k at a steady pace but this is only half the distance of the 13mile / 21km school walk route which includes some big hill climbs over to Numbernholme and back to school.

Please support them if you can and we will keep everyone updated with their progress.

This will be the first event to mark the 50th anniversary of the TMWS school walk in September 2025.
