There’s something new (and very old) in my sound space… ✨
I’ve recently welcomed Tibetan singing bowls into my practice — and honestly, it feels like the missing piece to the puzzle.
After nearly 4 years of working as a sound practitioner, you might be wondering… why only now?
I’ve spent years connected to crystal bowls — their pure, high-frequency tones, their clarity, their ability to elevate and open space so beautifully. They’ve been the foundation of so much of my work.
But Tibetan bowls… they speak differently.
Their sound is richer, more layered, more "earthy".
These carry complex overtones that feel grounding, ancient, and deeply introspective. Where crystal bowls often lift you upward, Tibetan bowls draw you inward — into the body, into stillness, into something more primal.
So why haven’t I worked with them before?
Truthfully — timing.
I believe we’re drawn to the tools we’re ready to hold. And right now, my work (and perhaps the energy many of us are moving through) is asking for more depth, more grounding, more connection to the roots rather than just the expansion.
I can’t wait to share these with you 🤍
