“ what shall I feed my family today “
“ what’s healthy and nutritious for my growing kids and my family ? “

Ever looked in the mirror first thing in the morning and all you saw is imperfections 🙈

Here is my early morning selfie on a dog walk !!
No make up
No filter used here
Didn’t have a good night sleep so not looking my best

But I want to embrace my little imperfections as that’s what makes me unique and standout !! If we were all to the look and feel the same it would be a very beige world 🌎

That’s what’s my principle whenever I see a patient who comes in for cosmetic treatments 💉

I love keeping you unique while at the same time enhancing your facial features but by no means making you beige 💁🏻‍♀️That’s what I would want anyways if I went in for a cosmetic treatment !!

Does your skin wrinkle when you smile ?

This is the last thing we want !!!Smiling and feeling happy shouldn’t have to come with wrinkles 🤷‍♀️

What you can see in the above picture is as a result of volume loss in the mid face.

And NO Botox is not the answer here 🙅🏻‍♀️

This is corrected by careful placement of a soft superficial filler in this area to smooth out wrinkles and replace the lost volume 💁🏻‍♀️
