284kg collected this year 🙌🏽 that’s 66kg more than last year 🤩 Amazing effort and they’ve asked me to pass on a massive thanks to every client who donated. It makes a huge difference and gives the families a little extra at Christmas as well as providing essential items throughout the year🎄

Now to get this packed into the van and away to the Food Bank for a weigh in. Can’t thank you all enough! What an amazing effort again. Over £350 in cash raised and loads of bags of essentials and some nice treats for Christmas donated 💜👏🏼

Christmas Food Bank Appeal 🎄

With Christmas fast approaching, a few clients have been asking if I’ll be running the food bank appeal again this year — and yes, I am!

All donations will go to Glenrothes Food Bank, and I’ll be dropping everything off on 17th December to give the volunteers plenty of time to pack and distribute the items.

Your donations really do make a difference — helping local families enjoy a little extra at Christmas, as well as providing essential everyday items for those in need.

I’ll be collecting from 17th November, so feel free to bring items along to your next appointment or drop them off at the unit if you’re passing by.
If you’d prefer to donate cash, I’ll be doing a big shop on 16th December to buy the items the food bank is most in need of.

Had some new flooring put into the massage unit a few weeks ago. Paul’s done my flooring and carpets for years and always provided an excellent service. He popped by with some samples of different flooring and was really informative. Gave me a price for a few different options and I decided to go with the LVT flooring.
