After another gorgeous evening in Redbourn on Friday, finished off with an epic flurry of fireworks 🎆 which may or may not have nearly knocked me off of my stool 🤣 here are a couple of pics from gorgeous attendees, as I didn’t take a single snap!

It was a beautiful gathering of families; mums and sons, father and daughter, friends, partners, regular attendees and first timers, and looking around the space quite literally filled my heart 🤍

Friday was the penultimate Redbourn session of the year; I am back on Friday 5 December; or you have two opportunities left to join me at Clarity Yoga Shala in Fleetville, St Albans - next Sunday 16 Nov and Sunday 14 December.

I am nearly there with my 2026 dates so will share them this coming week so watch this space 👀

If you haven’t been to a session with me yet, please know everyone is welcome, no experience is needed and I am at the end of the phone if you have any queries.

This time of year always feels tender. The air stills, the light softens, and the space between worlds draws closer. There’s a quiet ache but also such beauty as we remember.

A sense that they are not gone, simply gathered just beyond the veil, close enough to touch through memory, music and the moments we still ourselves enough to feel.

A gentle reminder that love doesn’t end, it simply changes shape.

May this Samhain bring peace to those who are remembering, a special hug to those experiencing firsts as we are as a family this year 💔 and warmth to the spaces where absence sits.

May we honour what was and stay open to the unseen love that still surrounds us.

I’m so excited to be collaborating with my lovely friend Sital Kajee, local author of Sacred Reflections, for a special New Year event in central Harpenden.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao circle, followed by a guided meditation inspired by Sital’s beautiful book and then drift into a deeply restorative soundbath led by yours truly.

There will also be time to pause, reflect, journal and reconnect as we ease into the year ahead with calm hearts and grounded energy.

This event feels especially meaningful for us; we first met 12 years ago when our girls started school together in reception and they are now in year 11! Our friendship has grown alongside theirs so it’s a joy to now be creating something together that blends our work and our shared love of reflection and connection side by side.

Here are my last 2 dates at Clarity Yoga Shala, Hatfield Road, St Albans for 2025.


If you have been meaning to get along to a session, here is a gentle reminder of the final dates for this calendar year.

Each session begins with a guided mediation followed by reiki drumming to carry you rhythmically into relaxation. From here, I play intuitively using gong, crystal bowls, chimes and percussion to take you on a sound journey before gently calling you back with my voice.

There is always time for something grounding like dark chocolate and chats plus oracle cards are available if you feel called.

Clarity Yoga Shala is a special and nurturing space in the heart of the community in Fleetville, with free on road parking and a maximum of 11 participants - so always an intimate group.
