Step into a sanctuary of stillness, where soft candlelight dances across the room and the gentle hum of peace surrounds you. In this Yin Yoga session, we slow down, melting tension from the body while inviting deep, restorative stretches that open and rehydrate our lines of facia.

As the evening unfolds, we transition into Yoga Nidra—the yogic practice of conscious relaxation. Guided by soothing voice and gentle energy, your body sinks deeply into the support of blankets and cushions, while your mind drifts into a state of calm awareness.
