Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on conditioning the body and mind through strengthening, balancing and stretching. It is best known for strengthening the core muscles, but does, in fact, work the whole body. Pilates re-teaches your body to move in its normal, natural way, improving posture and ease of movement.
