This week it is , we’re shining a light on some of our amazing team members who are currently completing – or have recently completed – their apprenticeships.
Their dedication, passion, and commitment to learning help us deliver the highest quality care to our residents every single day.
👏 Shannon – Kitchen Assistant
Shannon is currently working towards her Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship. Having been part of Savernake View since January 2017, she is excited to further her career, grow her knowledge and bring even more creativity to our kitchen team.
👏 Rachael – Senior Carer
Rachael is completing her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship. She is passionate about ensuring residents receive safer, more personalised and higher‑quality care through the new skills and best practices she is developing.
👏 Norman – Senior 2nd Chef
Recently promoted after completing his Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, Norman is proud to serve nutritious, delicious and exciting meals to our residents each day. His achievement is a fantastic example of how apprenticeships can grow skills and careers.
👏 Kitty – Team Leader
Kitty recently completed her Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship. Since joining us in September 2022, she has shown great dedication to enhancing her expertise and is proud to provide exceptional, person‑centred care.
We are incredibly proud of each of our apprentices and the positive impact they make within our home. Their hard work and achievements inspire us all.💫
