SATURDAY mornings will have a different format this term and I hope they will inspire you to jump out of bed and join me on your mat. They will each have a specialist focus and will coach you through some of the key elements that will make your Pilates practice soar. These sessions will be available to book and pay for as individual classes. ( please note there is a minimum requirement of 2 participants per class.)
You can use your class credits or pay online, however you cannot book these and then cancel in order to move to a midweek session, if you book and are unable to attend you will be sent a video recording.

November 15th: 9.15am-10am £7.50

– How breathing impacts your practice and how you can improve your technique.

November 29th: 9.15am-10am £7.50

– Neutral spine OR imprinted spine? Which to do When. (this session will include a 10 minute spinal flow that you can practice daily at home)

December 6th: 9.15am-10am £7.50

– Balance, how to improve your balance and why is it so important. (have a small tennis ball and chair available)

Our term ended this morning with a ‘full to the brim’ catch up class. I loved seeing everyone this morning and wish all of my clients a happy half term. Bookings will go live for next term on Thursday afternoon. Don’t forget to save my email address so that it doesn’t go to junk. And also a reminder that there is a live recording on the last email for you to practice at home if you wish.

Regular clients, check your emails for the latest Zoom recording. Sadly, I’m unable to teach on Tuesday and so I have sent everyone a recording that they can do at a time that suits them. It is a low level intermediate so do adapt if you need to based on instructions that I have previously given you in class.

Tomorrow is cancelled and an additional class has been added at 10am on the 21st at KVH. You are also very welcome to attend any of the other classes that we have on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday this week.

Apologies..Tuesday 14th October all classes are cancelled. Zoom clients, I will send you a video recording to replace the live session.

I have rebooked KVH for Tuesday 21st October, it will be one big mixed level class 10-10.55am. Open to anyone who needs to complete a catch up class.
