SATURDAY mornings will have a different format this term and I hope they will inspire you to jump out of bed and join me on your mat. They will each have a specialist focus and will coach you through some of the key elements that will make your Pilates practice soar. These sessions will be available to book and pay for as individual classes. ( please note there is a minimum requirement of 2 participants per class.)
You can use your class credits or pay online, however you cannot book these and then cancel in order to move to a midweek session, if you book and are unable to attend you will be sent a video recording.
November 15th: 9.15am-10am £7.50
– How breathing impacts your practice and how you can improve your technique.
November 29th: 9.15am-10am £7.50
– Neutral spine OR imprinted spine? Which to do When. (this session will include a 10 minute spinal flow that you can practice daily at home)
December 6th: 9.15am-10am £7.50
– Balance, how to improve your balance and why is it so important. (have a small tennis ball and chair available)
