Messy play encourages your child to play with smaller objects. They will be able to to feel, hold and mould objects and materials. This builds their coordination and hand skills, also known as fine motor skills. Wycombe Family Centres Opening Times for Christmas Messy Play and Explore Sessions will finish on Friday 19th December and will restart on Monday 5th January 2026. Mapledean Family Centre will be open Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd December from 9am-5pm and Wednesday 24th December until 12noon. It will re-open on Monday 5th January 2026.
