Hello lovely ones. I’ve been invited to speak alongside a selection of incredible healthcare professionals for the Beyond Boundaries Charity Winter Warmth and Wellbeing webinar series.
The series began with my session on Staying Well Through the Winter Months with Essential Oils 11th December and continues right through January. It’s a beautiful opportunity to invest time in your own self-care over the Winter while also supporting a grassroots charity doing meaningful work.
Each webinar has been thoughtfully designed to help you stay well through the colder months, find closure before the festive break, relax and unwind so you can truly enjoy the season, and step into the New Year with clarity, intention and the support you need to stay aligned.

Reiki Share – Monday 11/11

There’s something really special about this month… the soft golden light, the stillness in the air, and that gentle pull to slow down. 🍂
And this time, our Reiki Share falls on 11/11 and the 11:11 Portal!! A powerful gateway where the veil feels thinner, intuition heightens, and the energy of awakening and alignment is so much stronger.
We’ll start the evening with a guided Reiki meditation to step into this sacred 11:11 energy…working with release, ancestral healing, intuition + new beginnings.
Then we’ll split into small groups for Reiki sharing, and finish with a grounding integration meditation to seal the healing.

• Release what’s complete
• Connect with your ancestors + guides
• Awaken intuition through the 11:11 portal
• Anchor peace, trust + alignment

You’ll be guided through a powerful Timeline Healing Journey to meet and heal a version of yourself from the past, reclaim energy lost across time, and connect with your future self—the version of you already walking in your purpose.
We’ll work with sacred oils, Reiki, guided meditation, and oracle cards to open a doorway into your highest timeline, and we’ll close with a small group Reiki exchange to fully anchor the healing in the body.

Aromatherapy Massage, typically a gentle relaxing massage using therapeutic grade essential oils. However a deeper style of massage techniques using essential oils can be applied if preferred.
Holistic Massage - A healing massage combining energy healing techniques along side traditional massage techniques.
Swedish and Focused Massage - a deep tissue massage great for easing pain and muscle tension.
Pre & Post Natal Massage fantastic support for that special time of your life.
Indian Head Massage - a deeply relaxing and balancing seated upper back, shoulder neck and head massage.
Reiki Healing - A relaxing healing treatment releasing blocks and clearing energy lines in the body.
doAROMA Reiki combines therapeutic grade essential oils, acupressure foot massage, a healing chakra balance protocol with oils and gentle massage techniques, traditional Reiki techniques, a body scan and release.. This treatment includes an essential oil for you to take home programmed specifically for you to use after the treatment.
Hopi Ear Candling - Great for easing blocked sinuses and excessive ear wax.
AromaFacials - Using doTERRA essential oils, face mask and the essential skin care range.
Workshops and Classes - Debbie also teaches workshops in all levels of Reiki 1, 2 Master Practitioner & Reiki Master Teacher and doAROMA Reiki Practitioner. She runs Spiritual Development Groups, Crystal Meditation Groups, Essential Oil Meditation Groups and doTERRA Essential Oils classes.
