🤩This is me in a yoga class- a blissful blend of slow flowing yoga, time to breathe and be still, dreamy sound meditations ….

💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻AND STRENGTH! I weave in some fun and accessible strengthening exercises to maintain and build muscle 💁🏼‍♀️

🙏A group of amazing women (you know who you are!) have been enjoying this fusion class for quite a while, its an honour they put their trust in me with this new mix of movement and relaxation.

😴✌️Deep Rest - an hour of slowness, stillness and down regulation.

🧚‍♀️Beginning with gentle Oxygen Advantage breath-work to connect with the nervous system, encouraging an unwinding of mind and body.

🦄 Slow yoga, staying on the floor yoga- preferably with a bolster! Yin and/or Restorative yoga postures.

🦋Closing each class with 20-30mins of sound meditation. Allow the serene sounds of the gong and crystal singing bowls to take you into a deeply relaxed state.

💁🏼‍♀️Maximum 4 people in each class

New season, new schedule!

Are you looking for a friendly small group class with plenty of personal attention?

🌳Join me in my garden studio, with a maximum of four people in each class you get all the benefits of a private class at a fraction of the cost.

🫶🏻Mondays are for rest, all floor based, my intention is to create a space in which you can completely switch off and unwind.

💖Gentle breathing techniques, bolster yoga poses, soothing sounds from my gong and singing bowls.

💪🏻Wednesdays are for strength! As most of you know I am obsessed with supporting the female body… and you cannot do this without adding a little strength training into the mix.

🤩This class is a fusion of all my favourite things - flowing yoga, gentle breath-work, balance challenges, sound relaxation AND a fun and accessible strength circuit in the middle 😄

Did you know concussion and brain injury has serious impact on the gut? Within 4 hours of the event!

Join leaders in the fields of breathwork, Viv Campbell, Yoga teacher and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor, and of gut health, Nikki Kenward, CranioSacral Therapist and International Author and Educator on the gut and emotional stress and trauma.

Viv and Nikki will share the latest research into chronic digestive conditions and your breath and how they impact each other all the time.

They will introduce you into the programme they have created “Overcoming Chronic Digestive Conditions, Help Yourself through Breathwork and Touch Therapy” which combines gentle breathwork and hands on visualisations in the form of brand new techniques.

There will be plenty of time to ask them questions!

The easiest and most delish chocolate tart and raspberry sauce 🙌

👉🏻Melt 300g dark chocolate
🍐Blend with cooked pears (tinned is what I use! Drain first)
🫗Pour into lined cake tin/ ramekin dishes
💞Set in fridge

Raspberry coulis

🍋 Blend 250g raspberries, juice of half a lemon, 3 tbsp icing sugar
🥣Strain
