A little bit about Boxercise and what it is all about...

Boxing techniques: The class involves moves and techniques from boxing, such as jabs, upper cuts and hooks🥊

Partner work: Members work in pairs using focus pads or pads to strike, but no one is hitting an opponent directly👬

Cardio and circuit training: The workout includes a variety of exercises to elevate your heart rate for a full body workout🏋️‍♀️

Strength exercises: Bodyweight exercises are often included to add variety💪

No experience needed: The class is designed to be accessible to everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes💚

Join us on a Monday at 5:15pm or Fridays at 6pm for Healthi's Boxercise classes 🤩

She’s leaving me!!! 😭😭😭💔💔💔

Ok so she’s going to have our baby so it’s maybe not that extreme 😂.

But the Boss is going on maternity leave very soon and abandoning me and Honey here at Healthi 😢

I’m hoping the business doesn’t fall apart without her here because she literally does EVERYTHING. I'm sure she will keep us right from afar 🤞💚

Just letting you all know so you can go easy on me for the next few months... please be patient with me 🙏🏼🤣

🦠😷 WINNERS ANNOUNCED BELOW...😷🦠

Well done to everybody that took part in our Healthi Halloween 2025 competition. The aim was to get the most steps across the week and hopefully escape the virus!

Everybody that took part did amazing and you're all safe! However, we need a winner! 🥁🥁🥁

So well done to ANGELA, who managed to get the furthest away with the most steps 🥳 It was very, VERY close with only 171 steps in it at the end! 😮
