Please listen to the podcast to see how they are helping our 11-17 year olds with the challenges they may be facing.
Fab to also see Josiah and Kelly our Care Coordinators who also popped along. They have been doing a great job supporting the work around Enhanced Health in Care Homes and the COVID-19 vaccination programme.
