Time is flying by and life is busy. Time for you is important. Reflexology is an amazing treatment, it's over 5000 years old!! Yes that's right, it's not new at all, it goes far back as Egyptian times. They knew how to look after themselves so why don't you?

Oh and for those that don't like their feet being touched or think they have awful feet, challenge yourself, as there's a reason why you don't.
