As we reach the middle of January, many of us can feel the weight of the winter blues as the days remain cold and dark. It is completely natural for energy and motivation to dip at this time of year, especially after the busy festive period. Please remember that brighter days are ahead, with longer daylight hours slowly returning and spring not too far away. For now, these tips can help 💜
