You know when a loved one just pops into your head?🤍

You’re doing something completely normal…..food shopping, cooking dinner, on the school run, driving to work. Then suddenly they’re there in your mind.

That’s not random.
They’re not gone.
They’ve transformed.

Just like the dragonfly — it changes form, but it’s still the same essence. The same energy. The same life.

What’s hard is that we can’t see them physically.
And if we’re honest… that’s what we really want and we miss them so immensely.❤️

🤍The hug.
🤍The voice.
🤍The texts.
🤍The laughs.
🤍The way it used to be.

Grief isn’t just missing someone. It’s missing the physical presence of them.

But love doesn’t end when the body does.

Energy doesn’t disappear.
It shifts.
It changes form.
It continues.

And your nervous system recognises that.
Before your mind tries to rationalise it.
Before you question it.

Your body remembers the feeling of them🪽🌟
The frequency of them.
The love you shared.
