I had a lovely time this morning at the Peak Women in Business Group. I shared hand reflexology tips for relaxing the body and reducing the effect of stress.
In the workshop, the group got to learn a bit a about the physiological affects of stress on the body – and then how hand reflexology works to bring the body back into a place of deep relaxation where it can find restoration and balance again.
The simple techniques were easy to learn and the best bit is that you can take them with you anywhere – all you need is your hands - using the fingers/thumb on one hand to work on the other.
At the end of each treatment I give, I share a few hand reflexology pointers for people to take away with them and use on their hands. It’s a part of the ongoing care that I offer to my clients at
